Research & Policy Team, HEALCITY

About: HEALCITY is a global firm specializing in design, consultations, community engagement, and research relating to the World Health Organization's Healthy Cities Programme and Age-Friendly Cities Programme - particularly in relation to EcoCities and urban sustainability.

About: Funded by HEALCITY, HEALCITY Edu offers global training opportunities including the open-access Certificate in Sustainable Managment. The Certificate draws together a global cohort of students and professionals, including senior management personnel in global institutions.

Mission: Int'l Certificate Team Lead will maximize the impact of the Certificate in Sustainable Management through partnering with universities, professional organizations, and other institutions to offer our tuition-free Certificate. Expansion into new geographic regions, especially previously unreached and/or developing regions is a primary target. Furthermore, the Team Lead may assist in refining and development of the program to create a meaningful educational experience of trainees. About: Funded by HEALCITY, the HEALCITY Agreement offers low or no-cost services in design, planning, research, and consulting to global non-profits to advance sustainability, health, and equity - up to a maximum of $100,000 USD per project, per year.

Mission: The successful applicant will identify and liaise with high-potential organizations and projects in sustainability, health, and/or equity - and assist them in receiving funding and support from HEALCITY under the HEALCITY Agreement. Measurable outcomes: number of HEALCITY Agreement projects accomplished, and impact of resulting projects.

Selection Criteria: This is an unpaid position open to all qualified and motivated individuals. Experience in research, partnership building, non-profits, and/or project coordination are definite assets. Foreign language ability a definite asset.

About: Funded by Empire 72, the world's premier brand in hand-made ceramic collectibles, Equilibrium offers a global charitable seed grant with no eligibility requirements and one criterion: maximum impact.

Mission: the International Grants Council member will work as a part of a team to expand the impact of the Equilibrium grant. Maximizing the impact of the grant involves multi-faceted work of identifying strong partner-applicants; using the grant as a platform to bring in additional support for partner-applicants; as well as maximizing the issues and geographic regions reached. Fashion Manager-in-Training, ESFERA

About: the inaugural winner of EMBARK, ESFERA is a runway fashion line offering hand-constructed garments entirely from repurposed textiles to address the global textile waste and food-system micro-fibre problem. ESFERA further donates proceeds to a global foundation to dress some of the most disadvantaged children.

Mission: the Manager-in-Training will engaged in multi-faceted tasks to accelerate the impact of ESFERA. Using creativity and strategy, the successful applicant will maximize one of the following measurable outcomes of their choice: number of garments crafted; number of garments used to raise awareness; number of video or photography campaigns instrumented; number of partnerships and mentions by players in the fashion industry.

Mission: the successful applicant will engage in management-level tasks to organize an international art and design competition for Aitios: the Annotations - the first full-length novel published by the ARX COLLECTIVE.
